Refund Policy

No Physical Returns
MAEYO MUSIC sells digital products only. As no physical goods are shipped, our store does not accept returns.
All products sold through MAEYO MUSIC are delivered digitally, including but not limited to downloads, software, templates, sound packs, sample libraries, presets, and other digital content.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed and the product has been made available for download or access, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy exists because:
- Digital products cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.
- Immediate access to digital files makes it impossible to verify that they have not been copied or retained after a refund.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- The product files are defective, corrupted, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable period.
If you believe your purchase qualifies for one of these exceptions, please contact us at support@maeyomusic.com within 10 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides you with rights that cannot be waived, those rights will apply.
